Manage and validate access reviews for IT compliance programs, ensuring audit-ready evidence and accurate documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate manual access reviews end-to-end across multiple compliance programs, assigning reviewers and driving timely completion through follow-up.
• Validate submitted results for accuracy, completeness, and correct documentation.
• Maintain audit-ready evidence and workpapers in SharePoint or SRM folders.
• Track and report review status, issues, and exceptions.
• Partner with application teams to clarify AD groups, roles, and access mappings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with IT compliance or audit processes.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and tracking.
• Experience managing content and workflows in SharePoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear, professional written communication abilities.
• Ability to follow defined processes and work independently.
