Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and maintain quantitative and qualitative data from various sources.
• Support the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones for basic complexity projects.
• Assist in the automation of data from singular datasets or domains.
• Support the design and development of tools, metrics, and dashboards for data visualization.
• Prepare and present written and oral findings regarding less complex matters to internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Basic coding and programming skills.
• Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time and projects while adjusting to changing priorities.
• Solid written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to leverage relevant technology and software applications.
• General business acumen and understanding of supervisory processes.
• Capacity to work under close to general supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience evaluating the efficiency of business processes, reporting procedures, and requirements.
