Business Analyst I

You will act as a Business Analyst focusing on Salesforce platforms and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Map business processes to technical requirements using process mapping techniques.
• Configure Salesforce environments, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
• Manage project requirements and workflows within Jira and AHA!.
• Implement Salesforce best practices to maintain platform functionality and integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platforms, including Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and AHA!.
• Expertise in process mapping.
• Strong understanding of CRM functionality and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ.
