Description

Lead requirement gathering and analysis for Identity and Access Management (IAM) security projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze complex business requirements for CIAM, IGA, and PAM tool implementations.
• Develop and maintain detailed business requirements and process documentation.
• Design and execute comprehensive testing plans for IAM solutions.
• Define project scope, work prioritization, effort estimation, and timelines.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including vendors and clients, to drive project objectives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in requirement gathering and analysis.
• 8+ years of business analysis experience within Information Security.
• Specialized experience with IAM solutions: CIAM (Okta, ForgeRock), IGA (SailPoint, Saviynt), and PAM (CyberArk, Beyond Trust).
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Technical knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Authenticator, MIM, MFA, and SSO.
• Strong understanding of security concepts, cryptography, authentication, and authorization.
• Advanced technical writing and documentation skills.
