Description

You will document and translate identity governance requirements for SailPoint platform configurations, ensuring secure and compliant access across the enterprise.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document requirements for identity governance and SailPoint solutions by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for SailPoint platform configuration.
• Analyze current identity governance processes and recommend improvements leveraging SailPoint capabilities.
• Document, test, and define enhancements to platform processes and data management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably supporting IAM solutions or SailPoint platforms.
• Working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud.
• Knowledge of IAM best practices, including least privilege, zero trust, and role-based access control.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Jira, and Confluence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products including Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with diverse data sources and managing them effectively.
• Ability to document business and system requirements clearly.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with risk methodologies and techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scripting in Java, Beanshell, or PowerShell.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
