Description

You will perform complex systems analysis, software testing, and reporting requirements to support solution implementation projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document detailed reporting requirements and develop corresponding report specifications.
• Develop, review, and evaluate test cases and scenarios to ensure full requirement traceability.
• Execute software testing and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify and document defects, coordinating with Technical Leads to manage solutions.
• Analyze data conversion mapping documents to evaluate downstream effects on reporting.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of experience gathering and analyzing reporting requirements.
• 4-8 years of experience developing complex test scenarios and test plans.
• 4-8 years of experience preparing and executing test plans and communicating results.
• 4-8 years of experience collecting requirements across multiple geographically dispersed program areas.
• Data Warehouse experience.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working in highly collaborative project environments.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with both business and technical groups.
