Manage specialized projects and analyze complex business requirements in Bridgewater, NJ.

You will own the full lifecycle of business analysis, from identifying requirements to defining project scope and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business requirements to define project scope.
• Create business use cases, functional specifications, and technical specifications.
• Oversee project management and map business processes.
• Travel to various client sites as needed to support project delivery.

Required Skills

• Practical knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience identifying, validating, documenting, and communicating business requirements.
• Understanding of system capabilities and business impacts.
• Knowledge of financial markets business and processes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience if holding a Bachelor’s degree.
