You bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation for supply chain solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of client transportation and control tower solutions, including backend data architecture.
• Translate business requirements into application and data requirements, offering solutions or process improvements.
• Support global rollouts of transportation and fulfillment systems across various geographies.
• Analyze large datasets to perform root-cause analysis of complex issues and identify trends.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and build dashboards for supply chain performance monitoring.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the supply chain technology field.
• Proficiency with SQL and experience with API/EDI integrations.
• Knowledge of ERP, AWS, TMS, and Supply Chain Visibility systems.
• Experience with Data Warehousing tools.
• Strong analytical, root-cause problem-solving, and data science skills.
• Familiarity with the application development and configuration process.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
