Description

You will manage the maintenance, support, and operations of Apex software applications, covering production incidents and small enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define, translate, and document user requirements for development and client implementation projects.
• Create, execute, and evaluate functional test cases and test plans, including data validation and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot application errors via periodic testing and help desk tickets.
• Coordinate implementation projects through the complete lifecycle, managing dependencies, timelines, and milestones.
• Develop conversion and migration plans for transitioning from existing systems to new applications.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst using business analysis and project management techniques.
• 2-4 years of experience in software testing and business application processes.
• Experience with SDLC processes.
• Proficiency in Ruby, Python, Javascript, Java, or C#.
• Experience with .NET, ASP.NET, or ASP environments.
• Working knowledge of XML/XSL.
• Ability to design and develop test suites using object-oriented methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technical Communication, or Business.
