Description

You will own the reporting lifecycle, from raw data ingestion to stakeholder delivery. You translate complex data into actionable business insights using SQL, Python, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated reporting solutions and VBA macros to streamline data retrieval and analysis.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets for business intelligence.
• Design and manage KPIs to benchmark performance and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize existing programs and resolve process issues through data-driven analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reporting outputs while maintaining high customer focus.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Strong command of Python and R for data analysis and scripting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and VBA programming.
• Experience with data visualization tools and creating clear, stakeholder-ready reports.
• Understanding of data management systems and automated data pipelines.
• Familiarity with Java and HTML is advantageous for technical integration tasks.

• Experience in the middle mile technology domain.
• Background in advanced analytical modeling and sophisticated reporting solution design.
