Description

You will support software development projects by managing requirements and facilitating stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements with high attention to detail.
• Develop use case documentation and user stories to create clearly defined, numbered project requirements.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, meetings, and stakeholder presentations.
• Develop and present project status updates and report on key performance indicators.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise-level software development environment.
• 5 years of experience in functional and technical requirements gathering and documentation.
• 5 years of experience using Microsoft Suite tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, and SharePoint.
• 4 years of experience developing Use Case documentation and User Stories.
• 3 years of experience facilitating meetings and conducting presentations.
• 2 years of experience reporting on project status and key performance indicators.
• 2 years of experience with the Texas Project Delivery Framework.
• 2 years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of DFPS systems: IMPACT, PACES, PEIRS, ABCS, NEICE, SSCC, Child Placement Portal, or Community Based Care.
