Description

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform, specifically supporting Quote to Cash and order fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate business requirements creation using Agile or Business Process and Analysis (BPA) methodologies.
• Translate needs from Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Product leads into technical specifications within CRM and service delivery tools.
• Develop comprehensive end-to-end test cases at application and multi-application levels.
• Manage scoring and claiming processes to ensure business requirements remain clear, concise, and traceable.
• Mentor lower-level team members and provide tactical guidance as a subject matter expert.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, system support, or business process design.
• Extensive experience in full lifecycle implementation including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and CRM systems.
• Experience with Jira for project tracking and management.
• Demonstrated expertise in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability in workflow management and process flow creation.
• Strong requirements solicitation and documentation skills for product lifecycles and enhancements.
• Ability to translate complex technical subject matter for non-technical stakeholders.
