Description

You will lead the creation of an enterprise-wide CRM solution on Salesforce to support Quote to Cash and order fulfillment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering using Agile or Business Process Analysis methodologies.
• Translate cross-functional needs into technical specifications within CRM and service delivery tools.
• Develop end-to-end test cases at application and multi-application levels.
• Document process flows, use cases, and business requirements while conducting formal reviews.
• Manage requirements scoring and claiming processes to ensure traceability and clarity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, system support, or business process design.
• Extensive CRM experience, specifically within the Salesforce platform.
• Proven expertise in full life cycle implementation, including requirements gathering, configuration, and deployment.
• Strong proficiency in workflow management and process flow creation.
• Experience in requirements solicitation and documentation for new products and lifecycle management.
• Ability to manage and adhere to long-term and short-term product roadmaps.
• Skilled in meeting facilitation and communicating complex technical subjects to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with software testing and debugging support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience facilitating business process and analysis (BPA) methodologies.
