Description

You will act as the primary bridge between business needs and technical delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze program policies and procedures, assessing impact on automated systems.
• Elicit, document, and validate complex business and system requirements.
• Review and approve technical and functional documentation produced by vendors.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage product backlog items and user stories.
• Execute and support system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting application or software development projects.
• Experience translating business needs into concrete technical solutions.
• Strong experience in requirements documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Proven experience with backlog management and user story prioritization.
• Experience in test planning, execution, and formal UAT.
• Familiarity with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
