You will bridge the gap between Endpoint Engineering, IT partners, and various lines of business to deliver technical solutions for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Endpoint Engineering, IT Field Services, and enterprise business units to ensure alignment on requirements.
• Gather, prioritize, and translate business needs into technical specifications and design documentation.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders to validate solutions.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to create reports, dashboards, and actionable summaries for leadership.
• Manage multiple concurrent IT projects, documenting dependencies, risks, and issues from inception to completion.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical project management experience, specifically with IT infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to extract, analyze, and compile data from Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, and Visio.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using PowerBI, Spotfire, or Workspace ONE Intelligence.
• Strong analytical skills for pulling reporting from diverse sources and presenting findings via graphs or written summaries.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining project management disciplines.
• Background in technical projects or a technical degree in computer engineering or business administration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DEX tools such as Tachyon 1E and SysTrack.
• Experience managing OS migration projects.
• Background in projects focused on automation and end-user experience improvements.
