Description

Drive product development by translating business needs into actionable technical requirements and ensuring alignment across development, QA, and UX teams.

Responsibilities

• Create scope, high-level requirements, and detailed user stories for development and QA teams.
• Manage and groom the story backlog to ensure sprint readiness and continuous value delivery.
• Facilitate Agile rituals including inceptions, iteration kickoffs, and story estimation sessions.
• Collaborate with UX analysts, Developers, and QA to ensure technical feasibility and design alignment.
• Analyze data to align product features with business goals and present updates to leadership.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in User Story Creation and Backlog Management.
• 3+ years of experience in Stakeholder Management and Requirements Gathering.
• 1-2 years of experience with Agile/Scrum Frameworks.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ability to define clear, actionable acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Digital or Ecommerce experience (Mobile or .com).
• Knowledge of the Airline Industry.
