Description

You will define, document, and ensure the quality of system requirements across the development lifecycle. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement management plans for projects, ensuring clear communication across all levels.
• Perform and communicate quality assurance during every stage of systems development.
• Determine and develop user requirements for production systems to maximize usability.
• Partner with stakeholder teams (sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop analysis and documentation.
• Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• High proficiency with SQL language and database management.
• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports.
• Experience working with Business Objects.
• Knowledge of ITIL Foundations.
• Experience with Jira, ADO, and Teams.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communicator, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
