Description

Define product scope, manage backlogs, and facilitate Agile delivery for eCommerce platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define product scope, high-level requirements, and detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for Development and QA.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure sprint readiness and maintain requirement traceability throughout the SDLC.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including inception, sprint planning, refinement, and estimation meetings.
• Analyze business and user data to align features with product goals and maximize ROI.
• Partner with UX, Development, and QA teams to clarify scope, assess technical feasibility, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall Business Analysis experience.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce platforms (B2C or B2B).
• 2+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex backlogs and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and requirement traceability.
• Experience preparing and delivering reports and presentations to leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving best practices in documentation and backlog grooming.
