Own product scope, backlog management, and Agile facilitation to bridge business needs with technical implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define product scope, high-level requirements, and detailed user stories for Development and QA teams.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure sprint readiness and continuous value delivery.
• Create detailed, testable acceptance criteria and maintain requirement traceability throughout the SDLC.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including inception, sprint planning, story refinement, and estimation meetings.
• Analyze business data to align features with product goals and report updates to leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall Business Analysis experience.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce platforms (B2C or B2B).
• 2+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex backlogs and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience collaborating with UX teams to ensure prototype alignment with business requirements.
