Description

You will translate functional needs from Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Product leads into technical specifications within CRM and service delivery tools.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and process flows for Salesforce-based enterprise solutions.
  • Facilitate business requirement creation using Agile or Business Process and Analysis (BPA) methodologies.
  • Develop end-to-end test cases at both the application and multi-application levels.
  • Manage requirement scoring and claiming processes to ensure traceability and clarity.
  • Identify project stakeholders, risks, and impacts of system changes on internal and external customers.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, system support, or business process design.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce.com and CRM workflow management.
  • Proven ability in process flow creation and requirements solicitation.
  • Full lifecycle implementation experience, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Visio, Agile, ICOMS, OPTIX, WATTS, and SERV.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical subject matter to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps in conjunction with functional leads.
