You will translate functional needs from Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Product leads into technical specifications within CRM and service delivery tools.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and process flows for Salesforce-based enterprise solutions.
- Facilitate business requirement creation using Agile or Business Process and Analysis (BPA) methodologies.
- Develop end-to-end test cases at both the application and multi-application levels.
- Manage requirement scoring and claiming processes to ensure traceability and clarity.
- Identify project stakeholders, risks, and impacts of system changes on internal and external customers.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in business operations, system support, or business process design.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce.com and CRM workflow management.
- Proven ability in process flow creation and requirements solicitation.
- Full lifecycle implementation experience, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Visio, Agile, ICOMS, OPTIX, WATTS, and SERV.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical subject matter to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing product roadmaps in conjunction with functional leads.
