You will own the analysis and documentation of business and technical requirements for system integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements for system integrations.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and user stories with acceptance criteria for development and QA.
• Create process flow diagrams, swimlane workflows, and data mapping documents.
• Collaborate on API testing, data validation, and integration tracking with development and QA teams.
• Manage work tracking and sprint progress in Azure DevOps and maintain project documentation in Confluence.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or system integration environments.
• Strong knowledge of integration concepts, APIs, and data mapping.
• Proficient in Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating flow diagrams and swimlane workflows using Visio or Lucidchart.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, analytical, and a self-starter.
• Technical degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Postman, Fiddler, Visual Studio 2022, Docker Desktop, and SQL Server Management Studio.
