Description

You own the analysis and documentation of business and technical requirements for system integration projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, preparing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Create process flow diagrams, swimlane workflows, and data mapping documents using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with developers and QA on API testing, data validation, and integration tracking.
• Manage work tracking and sprint progress in Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or system integration environments.
• Strong knowledge of integration concepts, APIs, and data mapping.
• Proficiency in Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating flow diagrams and swimlane workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Analytical and self-starting approach.

Preferred Skills

• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and analysis.
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
