Description

You will serve as a Product Owner and Business Analyst responsible for coordinating business process analysis and application maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate business process analysis to determine measures that meet department needs.
  • Develop conceptual business process design specifications and document functional requirements.
  • Capture business requirements and data fields to facilitate process automation.
  • Identify user stories from as-is process documentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prioritize user stories for sprint development and ensure scrum team comprehension.
  • Coordinate communications with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop BRDs.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product ownership.
  • Experience working with business specialists, information providers, and project managers.
  • Ability to manage direct accountability for work products in a self-supervising environment.
  • Proficiency in agile scrum methodology and managing sprint priorities.
  • Experience documenting business process design and functional requirements.
  • Ability to engage with Department management and stakeholders.
  • Competency in creating and managing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
