Description

You will bridge departmental needs and technical implementation as a Product Owner and Business Analyst.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate business process analysis to determine measures for meeting department needs.
• Document business requirements, data fields, and conceptual design specifications to automate processes.
• Capture functional requirements through stakeholder engagement and as-is process documentation to develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Translate captured information into user stories and prioritize them for development during sprints.
• Lead scrum teams in understanding user stories and maintaining agile methodology effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product ownership roles.
• Proven ability to plan and analyze complex business processes.
• Experience writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and conceptual design specifications.
• Direct experience working within an agile scrum framework.
• Ability to manage user story backlogs and prioritize development sprints.
• Experience coordinating with subject matter experts, project managers, and senior management.
• Skill in documenting as-is processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Ability to work virtually self-supervising with direct accountability for work products.
