Description

Act as a Product Owner and Business Analyst, bridging business stakeholders and scrum teams to automate and enhance agency processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate business process analysis to determine measures for meeting client needs.
• Document business requirements, data fields, and conceptual process design specifications.
• Capture functional requirements and develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) through stakeholder engagement.
• Translate as-is process documentation into user stories and prioritize them for sprint development.
• Manage the scrum team's comprehension of user stories and maintain agile methodology effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product ownership roles.
• Experience writing and managing user stories within an agile scrum framework.
• Ability to perform as-is process documentation and identify automation opportunities.
• Proven track record of developing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Skill in coordinating with subject matter experts, project managers, and senior management.
• Experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing work for development teams.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and assume direct accountability for work products.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in agency process automation.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
