You will coordinate complex tasks, manage shifting priorities, and drive projects to completion under tight deadlines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a variety of tasks and functions independently while managing frequent interruptions.
• Analyze and research large amounts of data with strong attention to detail to identify problems and solutions.
• Develop and interpret financial reports, statistical data, and charts using proficient budgetary skills.
• Write and edit reports, correspondence, and summaries with excellent grammar and clarity.
• Enforce UCDHS/UCD policies and maintain accurate records to ensure timely task completion.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to express ideas assertively and diplomatically.
• Proficiency in interpreting and enforcing institutional policies and standards.
• Experience with computer systems and office automation software.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organization skills to establish workload priorities and manage co-existent deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of short and long-range institutional goals.
• Experience maintaining good working relationships with managers and university administration.
