Description

You will design and maintain KPIs and build automated reporting solutions to provide strategic insights across Marketing, Program, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop KPIs and dashboards to drive business growth and optimization.
• Build scalable reporting solutions using SQL, ETL, and data visualization tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate data sources.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify root causes and provide actionable insights.
• Act as an internal analytics consultant to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Advanced SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• 3+ years of experience creating reports in Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficiency in ETL processes to support automated reporting.
• Expertise in data visualization.
• Ability to define requirements and influence stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in operations, supply chain, marketing, or logistics.
