You will define business needs and create solution recommendations that deliver value to stakeholders. This role requires leading organizational change through influence and advanced business analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across all levels of the organization to collect operational information and improve systems and processes.
• Analyze the business domain, document business and data processes, and assess integration with technology.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and document initiatives supporting business needs.
• Identify solutions to complex business problems to maximize value delivered to stakeholders.
• Guide cross-functional teams and facilitate change using established change management methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related work experience in business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in strategy analysis, elicitation, and collaboration.
• Proficiency in requirements lifecycle management and analysis.
• Ability to design definitions and plan business analysis monitoring.
• Strong capability in solution evaluation and complex issue resolution.
• Experience working with cross-functional, regional, and global delivery teams.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of guiding business through unmapped territory.
