Description

Manage project timelines and bridge the gap between end users, vendors, and IT functions.

You will gather and document requirements and system operations to guide development or modification. Coordinate business application upgrades and lead user acceptance testing (UAAT). Develop testing schemas for applications under development or maintenance. Provide technical and business-level support for issues escalated from the IT Help Desk. Maintain system documentation, manuals, standards, and procedures. Monitor reported problems for existing systems and participate in maintenance decisions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements and system operations.
• Coordinate business application upgrades and lead user acceptance testing.

• Provide technical and business-level support for escalated IT Help Desk issues.
• Maintain system documentation, manuals, standards, and procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or systems operations.
• Hands-on experience with user acceptance testing (UAAT).
• Proven ability to manage timelines for multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience documenting technical systems and writing user manuals.
• Ability to act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience providing secondary-level technical support for business applications.
• Any Graduate degree.

• Experience with vendor management and coordination.
