Description

You will act as a Business Analyst specializing in Capital Markets, derivatives, and trading operations.

Responsibilities

• Elicit detailed, unambiguous business requirements and functional specifications through workshops, interviews, and JAAD sessions.
• Perform impact, gap, and system analysis to map current business processes and document future state requirements.
• Coordinate requirements gathering for middle-office and back-office operations.
• Manage stakeholders and report on project progress and findings.
• Support project management and talent management tasks using relevant tools.

Required Skills

• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Deep experience in Capital Markets functions, including Equity, Derivatives, and OTC trading.
• Proven experience in requirement elicitation techniques such as workshops, surveys, and interviews.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, Impact Analysis, and Gap Analysis.
• Experience documenting and mapping business processes for internal and external consulting.
• Practical application of Agile methodologies, specifically Agile Scrum.
• Strong analytical, communication, and planning skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent, or equivalent progressive experience in the specialty.
