Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution through requirement definition, documentation, and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• Define business and technical requirements by gathering input from diverse user groups and subject matter experts.
• Create process flows, screen designs, and storyboards to support system design and development.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including roadmaps, epics, user stories, use cases, and traceability matrices.
• Coordinate design and development efforts with UI/UX, app development, backend, CMS, and testing teams.
• Execute end-to-end functional, cross-browser, and mobile device testing for web and mobile applications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or QA Analyst.
• Full SDLC experience covering requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in writing test cases based on wireframes, comps, and functional requirements.
• Ability to monitor and identify issues regarding layout, usability, accessibility, and functionality.
• Competency in SQL for data retrieval and reporting.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with vendors, SMEs, and end users.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
