Description

You will support systems development, process improvement, and strategic planning through detailed documentation and agile coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage product and project backlogs, including JIRA board maintenance and SRS documentation.
• Document sprint activities including planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily scrums.
• Prepare and release minutes of meetings (MoMs) to support implementation.
• Gather, analyze, and share various reports with the Project Manager.
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate technical writing and documentation maintenance.

Required Skills

• Engineering Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Application.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of Agile Scrum methodology.
• Proficiency in wireframing using Balsamiq or Adobe XD.
• Strong technical writing and analytical skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication for public speaking and presenting.
• Knowledge of client services techniques and fundamentals of Project Management.
• Prior programming experience.

Preferred Skills

• Business Analyst certification.
