Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of Business Analyst experience within an IT firm.
• Strong analytical and business analysis capabilities.
• Proven ability in business process modeling and improvement.
• Solid understanding of business processes and requirement gathering.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Experience working with CRM platforms.
