Description

You will translate logistics workflows and system integrations into technical requirements for development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document 'as-is' and 'to-be' business processes, including gap analysis.
• Manage requirements definition for logistics, customs, and supply chain system integrations.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with stakeholders.
• Bridge communication between business units, vendors, and technical development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis methodologies (requirements gathering, process mapping).
• Domain knowledge in logistics, customs, supply chain, and transportation processes.
• Experience with system integration projects using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in Data Mapping for complex workflows.
• Ability to document processes using tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Familiarity with data-driven logistics workflows (tracking, declarations, warehousing).

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with external vendors in supply chain contexts.
• Background in transportation management systems.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
