Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation by managing the full requirements lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and JAAD sessions.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed user stories, functional specification documents, and process flows.
• Map AS-IS and TO-BE process flows, performing gap analysis and benefit analysis to align with product roadmaps.
• Manage and track requirement status throughout the project lifecycle, including feature analysis and risk documentation.
• Support business units during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate defect fixes and strategic enhancements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis and project analysis.
• Proficiency in documenting business requirements, data flows, and business processes.
• Hands-on experience with SQL commands and queries for data set mapping and analysis.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
• Experience creating wireframes to support requirement gathering.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and JIRA.
• Strong ability to conduct market analysis and feature analysis.
