Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers to define functional solutions and project scope.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to align technical delivery with business needs.
• Simplify complex problems and navigate ambiguity to deliver clear, executable requirements.
• Promote Agile values and principles throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Working knowledge of Asset Servicing, Fund Accounting, or Regulatory reporting.
• Experience in financial services, banking operations, or regulatory environments.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience acting as a Scrum Master or in Project Management.
• Advanced or graduate degree.
