Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation through documentation, testing, and process design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create process flows, user guides, enablement materials, and technical requirements for key projects.
• Write and maintain operational playbooks and change management documentation.
• Develop test coverage and scripts for UAT, then participate in test execution.
• Triage system issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define success metrics and launch new tools or processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operational roles, preferably related to SaaS models.
• Proficiency in SQL, SOQL, Python, Excel, or Access for data manipulation and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven ability to drive projects from inception to successful completion.
• Experience creating and executing UAT test scripts.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities through automation or system integration.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience as a Business Analyst or in an equivalent technical role.
• Foundational understanding of database infrastructure and concepts.
