Description

Act as the primary liaison between data providers, end-users, IT teams, and vendors for public health information systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements for complex, mission-critical systems.
• Coordinate data validation and manage ELR/eCR data coordination.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and scripts for functional and system testing.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve system issues.
• Coordinate effectively with stakeholders and vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business and systems analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL querying and reporting support.
• Experience in functional testing and system testing (QA, staging).
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology and SDLC.
• Strong skills in documentation and problem-solving.
• Experience with data analysis and issue resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public health information systems.
