Description

You will lead business process analysis, documentation, and workflow design to support system implementation and integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Author and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and traceability matrices.
• Model business processes and workflows using Visio and BPMN standards.
• Manage requirements across the full SDLC, supporting analysis, design, testing, and implementation.
• Develop test cases, execute UAT, and track defects using Jira.
• Analyze data using SQL and Power BI for reporting and validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with system integration concepts, including REST/SOAP APIs and data flow validation.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms like Salesforce and ERP systems.
• Strong data analysis skills using SQL, advanced Excel, and Power BI.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Business Analyst certification.
• PBA/CBAP or MCSE/CSEP certification.
• Knowledge of Child Welfare domain.
