Define technical and business solutions for complex financial and child welfare systems while managing stakeholder expectations and project compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Formulate system scope and objectives through research, fact-finding, and analysis of user needs and business workflows.
• Translate complex financial operations into scalable IT system requirements, configuration changes, and technical workflows.
• Collaborate with software development, QA, and project management teams on planning, resource allocation, and issue management.
• Develop technical standards, procedures, and policies, including functional/non-functional requirements, user stories, and traceability matrices.
• Ensure business and user needs are met with timely service while maintaining project schedules and compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis with a Bachelor's degree.
• Expert knowledge of the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Deep understanding of financial workflows and ability to translate business requests for IT and vice versa.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products: Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Project, and Visio.
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and Axure RP.
• Ability to quickly learn IN Child Welfare information systems and operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage large technology project staff and resolve business system issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP Systems, REST, SOAP, Power BI, and SQL.
• Knowledge of system testing documentation and QA approaches.
• Familiarity with IT governance methodologies and tools.
