Description

You will act as the primary liaison between pharmaceutical industry clients and internal technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and document business requirements (BRD).
• Create technical documentation, including integration specifications, data interface agreements, data dictionaries, and process flow diagrams.
• Provide client support by managing tickets in JIRA, addressing concerns, and assisting with data investigations.
• Assist project managers with developer task management, prioritization, and reviewing completed development work.
• Capture and present lessons learned from projects to suggest process improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Pharmaceutical domain knowledge, particularly in sales operations and market access.
• Understanding of MDM systems, data warehouses, cloud storage, data pipelines, and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Agile, JIRA, Kanban).
• Basic SQL skills and comfort working in databases.
• Basic data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Understanding of DevOps and data quality rule definition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
