You serve as the primary liaison between pharmaceutical clients and internal technical teams, bridging business needs with engineering execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and document comprehensive business requirements (BRD).
• Create technical documentation, including integration specifications, data interface agreements, data dictionaries, and process flow diagrams.
• Manage client support tickets in JIRA, address concerns, and assist with data investigations.
• Assist project managers with developer task management, prioritization, and reviewing completed development work.
• Capture and present lessons learned from projects to suggest process improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in business analysis or related technical roles.
• Pharmaceutical domain knowledge, specifically in sales operations and market access.
• Understanding of MDM systems, data warehouses, cloud storage, data pipelines, and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including JIRA and Kanban.
• Basic SQL skills and comfort working directly in databases.
• Basic data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and data quality rule definition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
