Description

You will assess client software environments and define future state requirements to drive application implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess current client software environments through user shadowing and interview sessions.
• Document current state processes using detailed process flow diagrams.
• Perform fit analysis to identify software application solutions based on identified needs.
• Develop functional and technical requirements for future state processes.
• Deliver project proposals for new application implementations within Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience using MS Project and Visio for project planning and process mapping.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint, TFS, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel or relocate to unanticipated US locations on short notice for extended periods.
