You will translate complex capital markets requirements into technical specifications and process flows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and detailed process flows for investment operations.
• Analyze IBOR concepts including holdings, positions, cash, and portfolio data.
• Manage stakeholder communications and coordinate with technical teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Support trade lifecycle and reconciliation process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Capital Markets and Investment Management.
• Deep understanding of IBOR (Investment Book of Record) data structures.
• Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis for validating portfolio data.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of trade lifecycle and investment operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with State Street Alpha, Charles River, Aladdin, SimCorp, or Eagle platforms.
• Domain knowledge in Equities, Fixed Income, ETFs, Mutual Funds, and Derivatives.
