Description

You will lead the migration from PeopleSoft to Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring alignment with OPM Federal Human Capital Business Reference Model (HCBRM) standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute system testing and User Acceptability Testing (UAT) for HR system transitions.
• Manage product and organizational change management processes for federal employees.
• Deliver Agile products that provide exceptional business value to users.
• Conduct HR system training and apply human-centered design processes.
• Maintain collaborative relationships between customers and vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience, with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud migration.
• Deep knowledge of Title 5 and Title 38 federal HR policies.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and human-centered design processes.
• Demonstrated experience with HR Information Systems implementation.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with OPM Federal Human Capital Business Reference Model (HCBRM).

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Business, Management, or Communication (substitutes for 2 years of experience).
• 7 years relevant professional experience (substitutes for education).
