Description

You will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. You will analyze multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation and contribute to resolving complex situations by understanding policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. You will strategically collaborate with client personnel to ensure project success and support product teams with agile tool updates (Jira, Confluence) in a cross-matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives requiring large-scale planning for Business Execution.
• Analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
• Resolve complex situations by interpreting policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel to ensure project success.
• Support product teams with agile tool updates (Jira, Confluence).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior management.
• Business Analyst experience with a background supporting product teams and complex project environments.
