You will bridge stakeholders and development teams to define and deliver software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements to define detailed user stories.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prioritize tasks for each sprint to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
• Document business processes and define technical system requirements.
• Track project progress and manage tasks using project management tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for task management.
• Experience using Trello or Microsoft Project.
• Proven ability to collaborate with product owners and development teams.
• Experience documenting business processes and system requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
