You will drive the Pega strategy and execution for Fios initiatives, aligning technical work with operational call center needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute Pega strategy to launch key initiatives and bring technical visions to life.
• Align project requirements across stakeholders in Call Center, Martech, and Marketing.
• Support technical design and implementation processes.
• Bridge the gap between technical work and operational needs within the call center.
• Translate technical design into functional business strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Direct experience with Fios Pega.
• Experience working with Call Center operations.
• Familiarity with Martech workflows.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
