Description

You will act as a techno-functional analyst specializing in core banking systems and regulatory accounting analysis.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create BRD and FRD documentation through independent analysis.
• Execute data mapping and technical documentation tasks.
• Manage Flexcube maintenance setup, batch processes, and EOD/SOD workflows.
• Negotiate requirements and influence project direction through technical expertise.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of business analysis experience within the banking domain.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Flexcube Core Banking (FCUBS).
• Techno-functional expertise in Flexcube modules: CASA, IC, Payments, Accounting, Loans, and Trades.
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL for medium complexity queries and operations.
• Experience with corporate banking and accounting regulatory guidelines.
• Proven ability in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Strong experience in data mapping.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with global delivery models and cross-location distributed teams.
