You will lead complex business execution initiatives and provide strategic planning for large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives requiring large-scale planning for business execution.
• Analyze multi-faceted challenges and resolve issues through in-depth evaluation.
• Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to guide project decisions.
• Collaborate with client personnel and senior management to ensure project success.
• Support product teams with agile tool updates using Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Agile project management tools, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior management and cross-matrixed teams.
• Business Analyst experience supporting product teams in complex project environments.

Preferred Skills

• Background in interpreting compliance requirements for large-scale initiatives.
• Experience in a cross-matrixed organization structure.
